Job Description: We are seeking a talented and versatile Freelance Content Creator to lead our digital entry into the Dubai market. This is a rare opportunity to work with an established brand during a major international expansion. You will be responsible for translating our long-standing brand identity into the fast-paced, high-aesthetic world of Dubai social media.

Your mission is to build local hype, introduce our concept to a new audience, and create the “must-see” content that defines our Dubai presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a localized content plan that blends our 15-year heritage with Dubai’s unique vibe.

• Create, film, and edit high-energy Reels, TikToks, and Stories that resonate with the UAE audience.

• Identify and capture content at key locations and pop-up events across Dubai.

• Manage community engagement, building a loyal local following from the ground up.

• Collaborate with the global team to ensure brand consistency while maintaining local relevance.

• Track local trends and platform algorithms to ensure maximum reach during the launch phase.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content creation, specifically within the Dubai lifestyle or event scene.

• Expert-level skills in mobile videography and editing (CapCut, etc.).

• A deep understanding of the Dubai “aesthetic” and what makes content go viral in the region.

• Ability to act as a brand ambassador on the ground while working independently.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Flexibility to attend events and shoots as the expansion rolls out.
